GSLEP with the support of international partners is pleased to host the 6th Steering Committee Meeting. The meeting will be organized using secure state-of-the-art online communications platform. This meeting will provide an opportunity to review the status of the work carried out in the 12 range countries within the framework of the GSLEP program and identify priority areas for the coming year.
The specific themes proposed to be discuss in the upcoming meeting are:
1 Prioritizing disease surveillance and monitoring illegal wildlife trade;
2 Capacity building in biodiversity assessment, community-based conservation and managing human-snow leopard interface;
3 Status of GSLEP program and work done in range countries since last SCM 2020;
4 A joint review and next steps for the GSLEP Program.
