Dear friends, It is our pleasure to share with you the second issue of Ilbirs-the newsletter of the Global Snow Leopard and Ecosystem Protection Program. You can download a pdf from here: Ilbirs (English) As you will see, significant progress is being made under the GSLEP program by range countries and partner organizations. We thank you for your continuous support and help. We are also grateful to our National Focal Points from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan and Tajikistan for sharing updates for the newsletter. We apologize for the delay in sharing this newsletter due to unforeseen changes in our staff. However we assure you that the next issue will reach you on time, by January 2016. GSLEP Secretariat team
