This link provides an analytical report on the complete accounting of snow leopards in Russia in 2022. The survey was conducted in the republics of Altai, Tyva, and Buryatia with the participation of 82 people from 12 organizations. The accounting activities were carried out in accordance with the methodological recommendations approved by the Ministry of Nature of Russia. The report includes details of the accounting work conducted in each region, and the minimum estimated number of snow leopards observed. The report was initiated by WWF Russia and supported by the Foundation “World Around You,” Corporation “Siberian Wellness,” Xiaomi company, and WWF supporters.
